FROST’D @ Harlem United delivers comprehensive harm reduction services to substance users, sex workers, and other vulnerable populations in Brooklyn, the Bronx and Upper Manhattan, including:
Syringe exchange, HIV/HCV and STD testing; Food pantry programs; Mental health services; and Referrals to medical care, treatment, and social services.
