We are back! I want to thank everyone who donated to Harlem United during the NYC Half Marathon.
Now it's time for the big one! I'm running the 2012 ING NYC Marathon!
Charity Stuff:
Harlem United - www.harlemunited.org - is an organization striving to prevent HIV infection and also meeting the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS. Harlem United has formed Team Harlem United to help address these concerns. The funds raised support its work as a leading AIDS Service Organization in New York City, providing access to quality healthcare, HIV prevention, housing and care services to Harlem's diverse community. Made up of staff, friends and dedicated individuals from the community, Team Harlem United commits to Harlem United's goal to provide education, prevention of HIV/AIDS and comprehensive support services for individuals affected by the disease.
Race Stuff:
ING NYC Marathon. November 4, 2012. New York Road Runners says this thing is going down, despite the hurricane damage, flooding, subway shutdown, etc. Bib #: 57774, Blue Wave #4, 10:55 am start time. You can track my progress at mycmarathon.com
