On April 26th, 30 journalism students from Holland, visited Harlem United. This is a guest post from Bastiaan Kah, one of the students, sharing their experience. At a glance 133rd street looks like any other street in Harlem. Four-story brick houses, with steps out front. Get fit with us this year

Harlem United and Harlem Run are teaming up to make it even easier for our communities to get and stay healthy. In two weeks, we're launching Harlem Gets Fit in order to help New Yorkers learn healthy practices and to support each other in achieving our fitness goals. All ages, abilities, and experiences are invited to join us as we create a place to achieve these goals. Health experts, coaches, supported runs and community resources will be introduced at our kick-off and available going forward throughout the year.
