Client Care Coordinator, Housing

As part of the DHS Division of Family Services and Thrive NYC new initiative, the Client Care Coordinator/LMSW will be responsible for the provision of and improved access to mental health services to assist families that are homeless residing in the New Broadway Residence, a DHS Family with Children Shelter managed by Harlem United.  Client Care Coordinators will assist the families as they navigate multiple systems and cope with the stressors and anxiety induced by homelessness.  Client Care Coordinators will be supervised by a LCSW so that they can obtain clinical supervision hours towards their certification. Education and Certificate:  Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work.
