Clinical Director, Housing

The Clinical Director provides clinical oversight of the New Broadway Family Shelter and the congregate houses Foundation House East and Foundation House West. The Clinical Director specifically provides individual and group supervision to the shelter’s case management and social work staff.  S/he assists the organization and program staff in growing its direct service competencies. Specifically, the Clinical Director works in close collaboration with the agency clinical team to provide on-going training, support, and evaluation to staff in order to ensure the highest level of services to clients within the supportive housing of Harlem United. Education and Certificate: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years’ experience working with homeless families preferable in shelter settings.  At least three years’ experience supervising clinical and/or case management staff.
