Clinical Supervisor, New Broadway Family Shelter
|The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight of the New Broadway Family Shelter and specifically provides individual and group supervision to the shelter’s case management and social work staff. S/he assists the organization and program staff in growing its direct service competencies. Specifically, the Clinical Supervisor works in close collaboration with the agency clinical team to provide on-going training, support, and evaluation to staff in order to ensure the highest level of services to clients within the supportive housing of Harlem United.
Education and Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years’ experience working with homeless families preferable in shelter settings. At least three years’ experience supervising clinical and/or case management staff.
