Human Resources Associate, HR

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the HR Associate supports the human resources team. The HR Associate ensures that the HR department’s needs are being met by assisting with benefits administration, payroll processing, data entry, new hire orientation, and employee discipline documentation. The HR Associate handles administrative and clerical duties.  Education and Certificate:  A bachelor’s or associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in an administrative assistant capacity and at least 3 years experience in a non-profit organization.
