Jr. HR Generalist

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources Department, The Jr. Generalist is responsible for performing, as part of a team, various HR Operations duties, including HU’s benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, special projects, etc. He/she will work closely with the Senior Director of HR to support the administration of HU’s employee benefits plans. Education and Certification:  A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, and at least 3 years’ experience in benefits administration in a non-profit organization. In-depth knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, HRIS and Reporting. Must be knowledgeable about healthcare reform and HIPAA regulations.
