The primary responsibility of this
position is to act as the liaison between Harlem United’s Supportive Housing
Programs and management companies, landlords, and superintendents to prevent
and resolve maintenance issues that are the responsibility of the
landlord. The landlord liaison will
ensure apartments are safe and sanitary and that the apartment buildings are
free of violation and properly maintained. Education and Certificate: 3 years experience working with
property management or maintenance.
Some college preferred. Must have a valid New York State drivers license.
