Maintenance Floater/Fleet Worker, Property Management

The Maintenance Floater/Fleet Worker is responsible for the maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upkeep of our fleet, facilities and offices at the highest levels of quality using a variety of tools, equipment, and machines to ensure a safe and clean environment for tenants, clients and staff. Additional responsibilities will include the inspection of facility units, moving, and setup of furniture, and weekly inspections of all agency vehicles.  Driving responsibilities will include transporting all vehicles to their scheduled appointments, picking up vehicles from dealerships, transporting clients for recreational trips, special appointments, trips for general program purposes, and the pickup and delivery of warehouse materials. Education and Certificate: High school diploma or G.E.D. Trade school certification, or other technical related courses a plus, three years’ experience in general maintenance functions including: cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, lock repair, dry wall application, managing power tools and equipment.
