Patient Services Manager, Health Services

The Patient Services Manager is responsible for providing support to the Practice Administrator in the day to day operations of the primary care, specialty care, dental clinic & Wellness Center including scheduling management and oversight, management of patient flow, patient registration, and monitoring end to end check-in to check out processes.  The Patient Services Manager will monitor each process and ensure compliance with regulations, coordination among cadres of staff, and efficient patient flow.   The Patient Services Manager works in collaboration with the management team including the Practice Administrator, Nurse Manager, Director of Medical Affairs, Medical Director and Dental Director, & Chief Psychiatrist to ensure that all resources in the clinics are used to best serve the patient’s needs.  As this role includes revenue cycle features, this position will also collaborate with the revenue cycle team. The Patient Services Manager is an exempt position that provides leadership and management to front office operations for the clinic. Education and Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred. Prior work history as a working in a medical facility.
