Physician-Family Medicine

Under the supervision of the Medical Director and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Family Medicine Physician delivers high quality comprehensive primary care for homeless, underserved, chronically ill populations including HIV, Hepatitis C, SUD, Diabetes, Heart Disease and other comorbidities. The AIDS institute Guidelines and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) http://www.ahrg.qov/clinic/uspstfix.htm are utilized as resources and guides for accepted standards of care. In addition to serving the adult population, the Family Medicine Physician is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of the pediatric population following the guidelines set forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics ( and the American Academy of Family Physicians ( ).
