Program Director, Testing and Peer Services

The Program Director, Testing and Peer Services is responsible for coordination of daily testing operations of services including mobile testing, alternative testing venues, and special events.  The Program Director is also responsible for direct supervision of the test counselors and other testing staff.  Under the supervision of the Managing Director, the Program Director is responsible for maintaining the department’s readiness for rapid testing services including the training and support of all department staff.  They are responsible for implementing rapid testing activities in accordance with the division’s policy and procedures around rapid HIV testing. Education and Certification:  Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years work experience in HIV/AIDS programs, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
