Residence Manager, Residence Management

Harlem United Community AIDS Center, Inc. is a community-based organization that provides integrated healthcare, housing, and prevention to people living with HIV/AIDS in New York City. Harlem United is seeking a Residence Manager to be responsible for identifying and leasing apartments within the New York City, while serving as the direct mediator between property management companies and our supportive housing programs. The Residence Manager will ensure the leased unit remains in livable conditions, and work closely with the landlord to resolve maintenance issues.
