The Care Team Supervisor (RN) position is responsible for managing, coordinating and educating multiple patient care team members including, but not limited to, Nurses, Medical Office Assistants (MOAs), and Patient Office Assistants (POA) Duties include, but are not limited to, mentoring, evaluating, educating, scheduling and, if necessary, counseling the nursing staff.  This role also provides educational support for all care team activities.  The Care Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring clinical planning, coordination, and management of nursing staff and daily operations of the clinic. The Care Team Supervisor is a critical care team member and works with nursing staff to plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care based on the needs and concerns of patients and administration. The Care Team Supervisor serves as a team leader and maintains quality of care through an on-going process of assessment, planning, implementation, and the supervision of the medical support staff. Education and Certificate:  Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the State of New York.  A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or an Associate Degree in Nursing with 7 years’ experience.  Master Degree Preferred.
