When you join Harlem United for the TCS New York City Marathon, you’ll be joining a community of hope and healing, improving lives with a holistic approach.
Founded in the basement of Harlem church to help persons dying of AIDS, Harlem United is now a full-service community healthcare center that provides comprehensive treatment for chronic conditions through equal access to specialty healthcare services, including supportive housing, prevention and testing services, and care coordination—regardless of race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Harlem United was founded in 1988 and has been an Official Charity Partner with the TCS New York City Marathon for nine years running.
