Senior Case Manager, NYNY-III

Summary: The Senior Healthcare Case Manager will carry a caseload and will assist the Managing Director with administrative duties and with scheduling and conducting intake interviews and preparation of reports to HASA.  S/he will work with interns (social work, etc) and will act as liaison between case management staff and maintenance staff.  S/he will be required to do case management interventions in the field with staff and/or program members.  S/he will be responsible for all compliance standards of HASA requirements. Education and Certification:    Masters in social work, psychology, etc with 2 years’ experience in direct case service, or a bachelor degree with 3 years’ experience in direct case service desired with a working knowledge of mental health/substance use issues and interventions.  Solid oral and written communication skills, good time management, and good interpersonal skills are required.  An interest in professional growth within a health-driven social service agency is encouraged; supervisory experience and additional certificates or trainings a plus.
