Senior Director, Behavioral Health Services

The Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services directs, organizes, and supervisees all aspects of the Mental Health and Behavioral Health Integration Programs to ensure that quality services are provided to improve the mental health needs of the clients served by The Nest Clinic.  The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring best practices in clinical practice, customer service, and incident management.  The individual will oversee scheduling, client assignments and overall staff productivity to ensure that we are meeting all targets as required by funders and licensing entities at the Article 28, 31 and FHQC Primary and Mental Health Care Clinic. The Senior Director must be able to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment and have experience working with persons living with HIV/AIDS, who are experiencing mental illness, substance abuse, and addiction/compulsive issues under a Harm Reduction Model for service provision. Education and Certification: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD). Five years experience in program management. Three to five years of post-graduate clinical experience preferably in an Article 31 setting. Two years providing clinical supervision in a social service setting.
