Sr. Maintenance Worker, FHE Housing
The Sr. Maintenance worker is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our residences, facilities and offices at the highest levels of quality using a variety of tools, equipment, and machines to ensure a safe and clean environment to tenants, clients and staff. Additional responsibilities will include the inspection of facility units, moving, and setup of furniture. Driving responsibilities will include transporting clients for recreational trips, special appointments, trips for general programs purposes, and the pickup and delivery of warehouse materials. Education and Certification: High school diploma or G.E.D. Trade school certification, or other technical related courses a plus, three years’ experience in general maintenance functions including: cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, lock repair, dry wall application, managing power tools and equipment.
