Can I get services if I am HIV-negative?
Yes! A few of our services are only for people living with HIV, but many others are open to people who do not have HIV.

What if I don’t have insurance?
We welcome patients regardless of ability to pay. We offer sliding-scale payments, based on your income and family size.
And you can ask us for help figuring out your health insurance.
How much do your services cost?
Most of our services are completely free, and others will be covered by your health insurance. But regardless, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Do I have to live in Harlem?
We welcome people from all over New York City. Many of our clients live in Central Harlem, East Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, and the South Bronx.
